With Valuemation, you'll make the dependencies of your business processes on IT services apparent. In Valuemation, IT services are depicted graphically, making it easy to see which IT infrastructure components underlie and support a given IT service. In case of changes in your IT infrastructure, dynamic connections automatically provide updates - with no need for manual intervention.

In the event of a component failure, you'll be able to quickly determine which IT services and business processes could be affected. The result: You'll be able to identify and correct faults and malfunctions faster in order to prevent economic damage.

With Valuemation, you'll be able to monitor all IT systems and applications in real time. The integrated alarm ("interrupt") system automatically starts escalation routines and notifies the responsible administrator whenever critical system statuses occur or thresholds are exceeded - before systems fail and services suffer negative impacts.

With service level monitoring, you'll document whether agreed-on service level agreements were complied with, violated, and if so, exactly when or over what time period. At the same time, you'll know whether this SLA violation will result in contractually mandated penalties.
