USU expands partner network in the field of IT service management
With its Valuemation software suite, USU offers comprehensive solutions for IT and enterprise service management. As part of our growth strategy, we are further expanding our partner network. The aim of the new partner program is to establish a denser network of certified implementation and sales partners for further market penetration.
The new Valuemation partner program includes 9 weeks of theoretical and practical training. Technical consultants are trained on the product for two weeks and acquire customizing and administration skills for Valuemation, among other things. This is followed by a three-week practical phase in which project situations are simulated, use cases learned and corresponding tasks solved. Finally, the acquired knowledge is implemented within the framework of a real project under guidance. The partners have access to a central knowledge and solution database and are always in close contact with the partner manager responsible for them.
