You can’t get any better: Pink Elephant certifies USU Valuemation 4.5 in 15 ITIL® processes

IT service management software “made in Germany” is more powerful than most international competitors! That has been confirmed by Pink Elephant, the globally acknowledged and accredited assessor of the ITIL® licensor AXELOS, which has awarded the new certificate PinkVERIFY™ to USU Valuemation 4.5.

USU Valuemation was certified 15 ITIL® processes, the maximum possible number. Apart from USU, there are currently only 8 vendors worldwide who have achieved that. We are also one of the few European vendors to offer software, consulting on implementation and support from a single source in the DACH region.

In the course of the more than 40-hour certification process, the ITIL® experts examined whether the criteria from more than 500 use cases were met by the tool and documentation. The performance and power of USU Valuemation were analyzed in detail and verified on the basis of extensive questionnaires.

USU Valuemation 4.5 meets maximum ITIL® requirements

This is the sixth time USU AG has gained ITIL® certification for its ITSM software Valuemation since 2007. Compliance with the ITIL® best practices has since been confirmed by various ITIL® experts, including Pink Elephant, Axelos, Glenfis and SERVIEW. The new certificate confirms that the tool complies with these 15 ITIL® processes:

Availability Management, Capacity Management, Change Management, Event Management, Financial Management for IT Services, Incident Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Release & Deployment Management, Request Fulfillment, Service Asset & Configuration Management, Service Catalog Management, Service Level Management, and Service Portfolio Management
