Valuemation 5.1: New version of the USU suite now available

The new release 5.1 of our Valuemation software suite is now available. The main innovations are:

Ticket editing via drag & drop

Thanks to the new, integrated Kanban board, you can edit tickets in Valuemation simply by dragging and dropping them from receipt to completion. At the same time, the board offers you an optimal overview of all tickets to be processed, which you can sort according to any criteria (date, priority, etc.).

Structuring and visualizing services

With Valuemation, you make your service landscape transparent for business customers. The service map gives you an overview of all service classes and their status (e.g. "in preparation", "approved", "rejected"). Service availability based on existing SLAs is displayed here directly in traffic light colors. The Visualizer supports you in the service specification and service decomposition, i.e. the assignment of service components to services in the Service Management Database (SMDB). In addition, the connections to the infrastructure components are also mapped in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Execute asset inventory, IMAC tasks and approvals via smartphone

With the Field Support Manager an extension of the Valuemation suite for mobile devices IT service/support employees can not only process tickets and complete service orders on the move: With the new version, end devices can now also be physically inventoried. The asset barcodes are scanned directly via smartphone and automatically compared with the CMDB target inventory. Assets not installed as expected and found during inventory can be entered manually in inventory tasks using barcodes and/or ID numbers or added using photos.

All tasks that arise within the framework of installation, move, add and change processes (IMAC) can be processed and completed on the move. For the confirmation and acceptance of the task, the customer acknowledges directly by signature on the smartphone.

In addition, approvers and superiors now have an overview of their employees' service requests with the app at any time and can approve or reject them directly in the app.
