OEDIV Well on the Way to IT Value Management

Oetker Daten- und Informationsverarbeitung KG (OEDIV) is an IT service provider in the Oetker Group. In addition to companies from the Oetker Group which operate in the fields of food and beverages, shipping and banking, it also provides IT services to external, third-party customers. OEDIV uses USU’s Valuemation suite as the central system for controlling of its ITIL®-based IT service processes.

Among other things, the project report describes how the service provider established an integrated service management solution and so fulfills complex requirements demanded of the IT organization.
