In their evaluation, the analysts investigated, in particular, three attributes for the successful digitization of company-wide service processes:
- The number and quality of available non-IT service processes, for example in the areas of HR, facility management and customer service
- Improvement of service processes through the use of artificial intelligence to, for example, automate ticket classification or optimize knowledge research
- Innovations in the area of IT service management, for example to support DevOp teams and cloud management
